Oral presentation
Projector and pointer will be prepared. Please use your own laptop PC for your presentation. Please make sure the connection between your laptop and the projector before your session starts. Since the time schedule is tight, it would be appreciated if you could stand by for your presentation during the prior preesntation.
The time for presentation is 15 minutes for general speakers which consists of 10 minutes for speech, 4 minutes for discussion, and 1 minute for transition to the next speaker. The time for keynote speakers is 45 minutes which consists of 35 to 40 minutes for speech and 5 to 10 minutes for discussion and transition.
